It's gone...
I've now sold my WRX in anticipation of purchasing a Thunder Roadster. It's a tubular frame, purpose built racecar that is very light (1300 pounds) and powered by a motorcycle engine (about 130 HP). Here's a few pictures I found off the net:
It's probably going to take until March or so to get everything figured out -- find one, get a trailer, figure out where to store it and so forth. Should be fun though!
I'm just a guy learning how to drive my 2003 Subaru WRX at the local race track during track days.
My background is engineering, so you may notice my approach tends to gravitate towards using tools and techniques to analyise and incrementally improve rather than just go out there and see what happens.
